Minutes of the Raintree Condominium Association Meeting

A standard meeting of the Raintree Condominium Association was held on this 15th of September, 2022 at 7:30 PM in the Association Hall. The meeting was good, with several residents in attendance. The meeting was led by Board President Jones.

The minutes from were reviewed and approved. There was then a talk about the new maintenance schedule and how it will affect residents.

Several issues were brought up concerning the amount of disruption caused by the repairs.
A motion was made and seconded|The board voted on a timeline for, with finalization planned for late summer.
Other issues discussed at the meeting were the need for.

The meeting was adjourned at 8:30 PM. The next scheduled meeting will be held on the third Thursday of December.

Considered Raintree Condominium Bylaw Amendments

The Raintree Condominium Association is proposed some amendments to the existing bylaws. These changes intend to clarify several aspects of condominium living. Key among these proposed amendments are: adjustments to the pet policy, updates to parking regulations, and an new section on noise concerns. A formal proposal outlining these amendments will be made available to all residents in the near future, along with the schedule for upcoming meetings where residents can express their thoughts.

Raintree Condo Exterior Improvement Project Update

Greetings residents! This short update provides information regarding the ongoing exterior improvement project at Raintree Condo. The main focus of this project is to modernize the aesthetic appeal and overall durability of our building. As of today, notable progress has been made on a good amount of phases.

Contractors are currently working diligently on the installation of new greenery around the property, which will greatly improve curb appeal.
Additionally , the fresh coat of building facade is progressing well, and we anticipate finishing touches within the next couple of weeks.
We encourage residents to be aware of in the project area and to follow all posted regulations . Your support is greatly appreciated as we work towards completing this exciting project.
